SOCCER: Based on a report from Roberto Vazquez, an organizer for the Texarkana Mexican League, the championship game between Vera Cruz and Team USA that was called when unruly fans ran onto the field Sunday at Grady T. Wallace Park will not be made up.

When contacted by phone Monday, Vazquez said the game, which was called with Vera Cruz leading 1-0, would not be replayed on Sunday as was rumored.

Team USA was awarded the league title.
