IDABEL, Okla.—Sophomores Greg Pollins and Kentrell Manning combined for 19 points Tuesday to keep Texas High unbeaten (4-0) in a defensive struggle with Idabel, 39-36.

The Tigers led 26-17 at intermission, but Idabel failed to convert from the free throw line in the second half and could not not overcome its early deficit. The Warriors were 7 of 23 from the charity stripe.

Pollins led THS with 10 points, while T.J. Broades and Dewy Whitaker scored 10 each for Idabel.
