OSCEOLA, Ark.—The Osceola Seminoles earned their first trip to the 4A state semifinals since 1998 Friday, defeating the De Queen Leopards, 35-28.

The two teams combined for 818 total yards and were knotted at 21-21 at halftime before Osceola scored two third quarter touchdowns to take the lead for good.

De Queen (11-2) answered with a score from Greg White early in the fourth quarter, but were repelled on three subsequent drives. Osceola’s Sean Bornds picked off a Zack Taylor pass with less than two minutes...
