FOOTBALL: Registration has begun for the 19th annual Red River (formerly Southwest Arkansas) Football Camp to be held July 14-16 at Arkansas High’s Razorback Stadium.

The “blue-collar, no-frills” working camp was established 18 years ago by coaches Gary Segrest and Eddie Jackson to promote football in the area by teaching basic skills and drills without expense involved in most college camps.

Any student athlete from the Texarkana area interested in participating can find registration forms at their respective schools or at Texarkana Sports Center on Richmond Road. For ...
