LAFAYETTE, La.—Louisiana-Lafayette center fielder Karli Hubbard has been named third-team All-American by the National Fastpitch Coaches’ Association.

Hubbard, the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year in 2009, ranked among the top hitters in the nation in batting average, toughest to strike out and on-base percentage. She led her team in batting average, runs scored, hits, triples, sacrifice bunts, games played and started and at-bats, also ranking in the top five in eight other categories.
