Recent Arkansas High graduate Reggie Thomas has signed a national letter of intent to continue his academic and baseball careers at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark.

Thomas batted .370 his senior year and lead the team with four triples. He cited a chance to play immediately as a reason to sign with the Reddies.

“They graduated two outfielders and I think I have a chance to come in and start immediately,” Thomas said. “They have a couple of red-shirt freshmen, but I think I could beat them out.”
