BRYAN, Texas-The Texarkana Twins found themselves on the winner's side of things against the Brazos Valley Bombers on the road on Thursday.
Shane McCarley received the win on the hill for the Twins. McCarley pitched six innings, gave up five hits, struck out four and walked three in his time on the bump.
Chandler Robertson led the Twins at the dish. Robertson was 3 for 4, walking once before his night was finished.
Troy Black was 2 for 5 at the plate for the Twins, driving in two runs in the win.
Cale Ridling, Chad McKinney and Cole Coffey, each collected two hits for the Twins in the rout.
The Twins are back in action today, hosting the Acadiana Cane Cutters.
