Victoria started off hot with seven runs in the first as it rolled to a victory over the Texarkana Twins Wednesday.
Anderson paced the Twins with a pair of hits, while teammate Bottger had an RBI on a sacrifice fly.
Jack Kenley and Riley McKnight smacked three hits each for the Generals.
Marshall Skinner, Lachian Mayo, Hunter Hearn and Glen McClain had two hits apiece for Victoria (13-10).
