GAME FACTS: The Leopards have won two of their last three after starting 0-4 with three losses to ranked teams. Tonight starts a two-game road trip for L-E, at Anna and at Princeton. The Coyotes finish up at Paris and then hosting Princeton. The Leopards average 32.6 points per game and allow 31.9, and the Coyotes score 27 per game and give up 14.1. Anna QB Keelan Crosby missed last week's game with an unconfirmed injury. Leopard QB Decorian Phillips and RB Kevin Florence each rushed for over 120 yards and accounted for two TDs last week.
COACHES COMMENTS: L-E's Steve Wells-"This is probably the longest road trip, as far as a district game, I've ever been involved with; it's 170 miles over there. Anna is 6-1 and has a good ball club. Their quarterback didn't play last week, and he's a difference-maker when he's in there. He's a dual-threat type guy.
"They've got a big, physical running back, and some athletes defensively, who run to the ball and play hard. We're going to have to be ready to play well."
