SHREVEPORT, La.-Clayton Smith threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more as Liberty-Eylau's eighth-graders defeated Evangel, 36-14, Thursday.
Smith threw a 5-yard TD pass to Samondre Lewis and a 20-yard score to Jaylen Nard. Smith had touchdown runs of four and five yards along with three 2-point conversion runs.
Tavieon Neal hit paydirt on a 2-yard run for the Leopards.
