LAST WEEK: The Razorbacks fell to Lake Hamilton, 34-17, in 6A-West conference play.
THIS WEEK: Arkansas High hosts Benton.
OFFENSIVE STANDOUTS: Irijah Price had 13 receptions for 128 yards and a touchdown. Tyler Braswell connected on 23 of 40 passes for 220 yards. RB Jordan Hall had 78 yards and a TD on 17 carries, and DeJordan Mask added 49 yards on five carries. Braswell also booted a 27-yard field goal.
DEFENSIVE STANDOUTS: S Cameron Collier had 14 tackles-eight unassisted. Trevieon Cleveland collected 12 tackles-nine unassisted-DeJordan Mask chipped in with nine tackles-five unassisted-and
AC Williams had six tackles. Robert James and Taimeraean Hayes added four tackles
apiece.
COACH TODD LEDFORD'S COMMENTS: "We had some chances in the first half to get ahead; that's what we wanted to do was play from ahead. We come out at the end of the first half and didn't get in on fourth-and-short, and that hurt. It's very important to play well at the end of a half and the start of the half.
"They got an interception and scored, and we were playing catch-up the rets of the night. That was not in our favor because with their option offense, we weren't able to make them do anything they didn't want to do. We didn't play well at times, mainly due to execution. Kids did things right all the way through, but with some of our situational execution we had some letdowns."
