OMAHA-NAPLES, Texas-The District 14-3A track and field meet will be held today at Paul Pewitt High School.
The field events are scheduled for 10 a.m., the 3,200 meters at 11:30, and running prelims at 12:30 p.m. The running finals are scheduled to begin after an hour intermission following the completion of the prelims.
Joining the host Brahmas and Lady Brahmas will be teams from Daingerfield, DeKalb, Hooks, Hughes Springs, New Boston, Queen City and Redwater.
Hughes Springs boys and Daingerfield's girls won team titles last season, as did Hooks' boys in a different district.
