L-E starts a 3-game road trip tonight and return to Harris Field on October 8 to start district play against North Lamar. Atlanta averages 225.7 yards of total offense in its three games. The Leopards have averaged 310.5 yards in two games and allowed 226 yards per game.

LIBERTY-EYLAU'S COACH Dewaski Davis-"We made a lot of improvements and cleaned up several mistakes from our opener last week. During the week off, we slowed things down and worked on ourselves. Last week, the kids really stepped up. We executed and performed well against a tough Jefferson team; our execution percentage went up in the upper 70s and 80 percent, which is what we feel like we can survive with.

"Atlanta is extremely athletic, and their kids are starting to get a feel for what Coach Plunk and his staff are working for. We have to be ready and match their intensity. This is their Homecoming and they want to get their first win. We have to be ready because they're a dangerous team, especially at their place."
