North Heights denies Arkadelphia in just two sets

North Heights eighth-grade volleyball squad beat Arkadelphia in two sets, 25-14, 25-9.

Ashlynn Bratton led the Lady Backs with 17 service points.

Seaira Watson and Makayla Dodd each finished with six service points for NHJH.

The Lady Backs finished their season 15-1.

North Heights seventh-grade squad defeated Arkadelphia, 25-6, 25-18.

Jenna Dupree paced the Lady Backs with 15 service points.

Kynlee Garrett added nine service points for NHJH.

The Lady Backs ended their season 11-4.

 

PGMS topples Paris

Pleasant Grove's eighth grade A squad defeated Paris in three sets, 22-25, 25-12, 25-15.

Rose Anderson led the Lady Hawks with 10 service points.

The Hawks beat Paris in the eighth grade B match, 25-9, 25-13.

Isabella Jones led the Hawks with eight service points.

The PGMS seventh-grade A squad defeated Paris, 25-9, 25-13.

Madison Carpenter paced the Hawks with 10 service points.

The Hawks beat paris in the seventh-grade B match, 25-18, 14-12.

Maggie Clark led PGMS ith eight service points.

 

Maud sweeps Clarksville

MAUD, Texas-Maud swept Clarksville in their junior high volleyball match Monday.

In the first match, Maud defeated Clarksville in three sets, 13-25, 25-20, 25-17.

Kaylin Newton and Jordon Crowell each scored eight service points for the Lady Cardinals. Jayden Sanders added seven service points for Maud.

Jakiya Williams led Clarksville with 15 service points.

Maud won the first set in the second match, 25-13, while Clarksville won the second set, 12-25.

Bayla White led the Cardinals with 16 service points and Haley Tompkins added seven service points.

Se'Riyah McCain led Clarksville with three service points.

 

New Boston, Queen City split

NEW BOSTON, Texas-Queen City's eighth-grade A squad defeated New Boston, 25-16, 26-24.

Landri Beckham led the Lady Bulldogs with 10 service points, while teammates Kaylon Partain and Madison Gonzalez each scored seven service points.

Hollyn Tutt led the Lady Lions with six service points.

Queen City won the eighth-grade B match against New Boston.

Clare Wong led the Bulldogs with nine service points.

The Lions defeated the Bulldogs in the seventh-grade A match, 25-18, 25-13.

Natalie Dunn led New Boston with 10 service points.

Alex Larry and Lauren Carrell each collected five service points for Queen City.

New Boston won the seventh-grade B match with Queen City.

Brooklyn Beers led the Bulldogs with five service points.
