REDWATER, Texas - After 18 matches Thursday, the Redwater Spikers' volleyball tournament concludes today with the championship bracket title match at 4 p.m. in the new gym.
Liberty-Eylau, Atlanta, and Redwater each finished top seed out of their pools and were joined in the championship bracket by Hughes Springs, Hooks and Paul Pewitt.
The Lady Leopards and Lady Rabbs each earned a bye. Liberty-Eylau will play the winner of the Hooks-Paul Pewitt match at noon. Atlanta plays the victor of the Redwater-Hughes Springs match at 11 a.m.
Championship bracket action begins with the Lady Dragons taking on the Lady Mustangs at 9 a.m. in the new gym, followed by the Lady Hornets tangling with the Lady Brahmas at 10.
All of the challengers bracket matches will be in the old gym. Columbia Christian faces Daingerfield at 9, while Redwater's junior varsity clashes with Linden-Kildare at 10.
The winner of the Columbia-Daingerfield match will play James Bowie at 11, and the victor in the match between Redwater jayvee and Linden-Kildare plays Queen City at noon.
