REDWATER, Texas-Just before spring, a track and field season begins anew.
Nine teams descend on Dragon Stadium and will vie for gold in the Joe Culpepper Relays today.
Field events begin at 3:45 p.m. with the running events at 4.
Host Redwater, Liberty-Eylau's junior varsity team, Hooks, Queen City, Waskom, Daingerfield, Harleton, Maud, and Elysian Fields.
ASHDOWN, Ark.-The annual Panther Domtar Relays are scheduled to kickoff today at Ashdown High School.
The 14-team field will include Arkansas High, Ashdown, Broken Bow, Gurdon, Hope, Foreman, Genoa Central, Prescott, Lake Hamilton, Magnolia, Trinity Christian, Dierks, De Queen and Arkadelphia.
The field events will start at 3:30 and the running events will began at 5 p.m.
