COACH GERRY STANFORD'S COMMENTS: "I think we got hot early on in the game, and we had prepared well and stayed with our focus throughout the week and into the game. The kids did a really good job of executing our plan, making adjustments, knowing we were going to see a different Liberty-Eylau team than they had shown the first two weeks, and still playing at a high level.

"Our defense did a great job of making adjustments and getting them off the field, and our offensive line did a great job of keeping our offense moving. All of our running backs did a great job of protecting the ball and running hard, and Rian showed some things, some maturity. Our receivers did a good job with their routes and catching the ball, and overall, the team did a good job of going out and getting a victory."
