A 63-year-old woman was found dead in a home near Bradley, Ark., after a 911 report of an intruder in the residence early Saturday, according to information from the Lafayette County Sheriff's office.
The victim has been identified as Virginia Paulette Seeger. A homicide investigation is underway.
Lafayette County deputies responded to a 911 call that come from the Bossier Parish 911 Center about an intruder inside a home on Lafayette County Road 314, according to a press release.
"Upon arrival, entry was made into the home where the victim, a 63 year old white female was found deceased ... This is being treated as a homicide and is an ongoing investigation at this time by Lafayette County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas State Police," the press release states.
