Doddrige man wins $100K in Arkansas Scholarship Lottery

Thomas Clark of Doddridge, on Thursday became the first $100,000 top prize winner in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's $100,000 Bonus Play, a $5 instant game that launched April 5, according to lottery officials.

Clark said he first told his wife Linda about the win and that he planned to get out of debt with the prize, said Donna Bragg, advertising and marketing director for the lottery. The winning ticket was sold at E-Z Mart, 2910 East St., in Texarkana, which will receive a 1 percent commission on the ticket sale, she said.
