A Wake Village, Texas, man was killed Sunday in a one-vehicle accident in Miller County.
Samuel Butler, 23, was a passenger in a 2003 Nissan Murano that was northbound on Miller County Road 57 in Genoa, according to an Arkansas State Police report.
The accident happened about 1:55 p.m. Sunday, when the driver reportedly lost control of the SUV, drove off the east side of the road and collided with trees. Butler was ejected from the back seat.
The driver, Willie Savage, 29, of Nashville, Ark., and another passenger, Sakonia Savage, 31, of Nashville, were injured and taken to Wadley Regional Medical Center.
The roads were wet at the time of the accident, according to the report.
