Britni Cottingham, a graduate of Blevins, Ark., High School, was awarded the Honors Scholarship at the University of Arkansas at Hope-Texarkana.
The scholarship is for $2,000 per academic year.
Cottingham is the daughter of Angela Mitchell and Dean Cottingham and plans to pursue a degree in nursing at UAHT.
