Taxpayers must have photo ID, Social Security cards for all dependents, all tax forms (W2, 1050, SSA benefits) and last year's tax return. Volunteers can file federal and state returns electronically.

Chili Cook-off

Area cooks will compete in the business, civic group and individual categories. There will be awards for "People's Choice" and "Best Presentation." Funds raised will be used to purchase a new van to take local veterans to the Shreveport VA Medical Center. Tickets are $6.
