McDonald's of De Queen recently donated 10 canvas artwork sets to the University of Arkansas Cossatot Foundation.

The artwork, which highlights various Sevier County landmarks, is being showcased in UA Cossatot's Center for Student Success on the De Queen campus.

"We helped create these canvas pieces highlighting De Queen and after the recent McDonald's remodel, wanted the artwork to be displayed where the public could enjoy," Celia Montgomery, owner of the De Queen McDonald's stated in a press release. "We are happy to donate these pieces to the college and love where they are being displayed."

The UA Cossatot Foundation accepts a variety of donations including financial instruments, property, bequests and artwork.

"We absolutely love the landmark artwork and truly appreciate McDonald's of De Queen gifting us this collection," said Dustin Roberts, coordinator of development.
