NEW BOSTON, Texas-The community-led and community-financed meal outreach formerly known as Manna Kitchen will begin cooking and serving meals from Tapp United Methodist Church starting Wednesday.
This new outreach will continue to be a community-led and community-financed and will be known as the "Community Kitchen."
To financially support this ministry, checks may be made out to "Community Kitchen" and either mailed to or dropped off at First Baptist Church in New Boston, or donors can call 903-628-2581.
The ministry started in 1996 with meal deliveries to senior citizens and disabled residents in New Boston and DeKalb, Texas.
