Bridging the Gaps of Arkansas is having a Partnerships for Success Community Coalition event from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Friday at the Miller County Department of Human Services conference room, 3809 Airport Plaza, Texarkana, Ark.
Joycelyn Pettus will speak at the event. Pettus is a project officer with the Division of Behavioral Health Partnerships for Success at the Arkansas Department of Human Services and Prevention Services in Little Rock.
Pettus will speak about strengthening the capacity of community coalitions to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug-free communities.
