Sevier County to hold spay-and-neuter clinic

DE QUEEN, Ark.-The Humane Society of Sevier County is holding a spay-and-neuter clinic Sept. 6, 7 and 8 at its building across from Herman Dierks Park on
Haes Street.

The fee for cats is $40, including a rabies shot, and $65 for dogs. There are about 120 openings available.

The Humane Society is also holding a fundraiser. The organization is selling tickets for a chance to win a two-basket, four-gallon fish fryer, a Tundra 65 Yeti cooler and a $50 Pruitt's Food gift card. The tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

Call 870-584-9096 to purchase tickets or purchase them at the Humane Society's booth during the Hoo Rah Days festival Oct. 1 at Herman Dierks Park. The winning ticket will be drawn at the conclusion of the
festival.
