The Bi-State Justice Benter's Intergovernmental Advisory Committee meets at 3:30 p.m. Thursday to consider approving a $7 million annual operating budget for the center for this year.
Of the proposed $7 million, about $1.5 million of it is earmarked for building maintenance, while more than $2.9 million is being proposed for maintaining the building's Central Records and Communication System and $2.3 for maintaining the 164-inmate capacity jail.
Committee members will also listen to a public safety communications update.
