Wake Village City Council members will meet at 6 p.m. today to consider hiring the Texarkana, Texas-based I.T. Works Computer firm to conduct computer corrections for the city's computer network.
Council members, who will meet inside the Wake Village City Hall Council Chambers at 624 Burma Road, will consider hiring the firm because the company has conducted business with the city before.
Council members will also consider joining in an agreement with the Texarkana, Texas, Independent School District to share election polling places for the May 7 municipal council and district board of trustees election.
In other business, council members will consider buying a new 2015 Chevrolet Caprice police vehicle at the state purchasing price.
