Chili fundraiser set for Feb. 27 to benefit Miller County Fair

A chili cook-off to raise money for the Miller County Fair in Fouke, Ark., is slated for Feb. 27 at the Miller
County Fairgrounds near Fouke High School.
The event starts at 11 a.m., and the chili supper will begin at 4:30 p.m.
A bowl of chili with all the "fixings" and ice tea will cost $5, said James Atchley, a volunteer helping to organize the cook-off.
"The chili cook-off will raise money for the fair association and help renovate the fairgrounds in Fouke," Atchley said.
