Texarkana College held a reception this morning for the opening of the Perot Leadership Museum, which administrators named in honor of Ross Perot, who has donated $5 million to the college since Feb. 14, 2012.

"This is to honor Mr. Perot and all the things that are important to him-family values, hard work, ethics, leadership-and to basically have a constant reminder for all of our students and the community of what hard work can do," TC President James Henry Russell said.

The museum features murals ocusing on all aspects of Perot's life, and those murals will rotate to represent leaders from TC and the area for years to come, Russell said.
