All tips are guaranteed to remain anonymous, said Trooper Sylvia Jennings, DPS spokeswoman said. A tip leading to the capture of Sells, 39, guarantees the $10,000 reward, but only if the tip comes through before the end of July.

In May 2013, Sells allegedly sexually assaulted two girls younger than 14 in Amarillo, Texas. Sells' last known address was in Amarillo, and he has ties to the area, according to reports. He has also lived in Fresno, Calif.

"Sells has four warrants for his arrest out of Potter County, including two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 and two counts of indecency with a child, contact," a DPS report stated.

According to his wanted bulletin on the DPS website, Sells is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has a tattoo on his chest of a heart with a banner, scars on his left arm and right hand and a mole on his right cheek.

Sells was born Sept. 25, 1976, and may go by his legal name, TJ Sells or Tommy D. Sells.

Jennings said for tipsters to be eligible for cash rewards the information must be given to authorities using one of five methods: phone call or text, mobile app, website or Facebook. "Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives. They are considered armed and dangerous," Jennings said in a release.
