Otis Wimley and Johnny Barfield of Texarkana Water Utilities replace a pump and filter that were cleaned Wednesday, July 27, 2016 after a truck failed to turn right and crashed into the fountain early Tuesday morning behind the Downtown Post Office in Texarkana. The truck drained oil into the fountain, which had to be removed and the mechanical pieces of the fountain cleaned.
