The Shreveport Veterans Center, the Texarkana Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #278 and Elks Lodge #2771 will hold a 50th Anniversary Vietnam War Commemoration at 10 a.m. July 7 at the Elks Lodge.
Any and all Texarkana area Vietnam veterans are encouraged to attend the ceremony. The lodge is at 3702 New Boston Road.
