Southwest Arkansas Development Council's Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program for Crisis Intervention will close on Friday. Applications will be accepted from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Miller County Senior Center, 1007 Jefferson Ave., Texarkana, Ark.
Applicants must bring proof of income for April 2016 for everyone in household 18 years and older, photo identification, and gas and/or electric bills that have a shut-off notice due within seven days of date of application.
