The Foreman, Ark., Public Library presents "On Your Mark, Get Set, Read" during its summer library program.
The activities include games, physical challenges, art projects, and science and engineering experiments. The summer reading program is open to young people in preschool through sixth grade, librarian Tammy Whitlow said.
Programs will be presented by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, the Little River County Extension Service and Millwood State Park. The program will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon June 2 and will continue each Thursday during June.
