Because of incorrect information provided to the Gazette, the charges identified in a story titled "Man faces homicide charges, lawsuit," which ran in Friday's edition of the Gazette, were incorrect. Benjamin Ward Ledwell is named in an arrest warrant in Hot Springs County that lists four counts of negligent homicide, a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in the county jail, not felony criminally negligent homicide charges as incorrectly reported in Friday's edition.
The Gazette regrets the error.
