Texarkana, Ark., Police are still investigating circumstances surrounding a fatal two-vehicle accident about 10:30 a.m. Sunday in the 5800 block of East Ninth Street.
Deborah Tilly, 25, of Texarkana, Ark. was pronounced dead at the scene when a Chevrolet Tahoe struck her eastbound Chevrolet Cavalier in the rear as she (Tilly) was attempting to turn left onto another roadway.
At press time, the accident was still under investigation.
