Neighbors Emergency Center Texarkana will have pictures with Santa Claus on Dec. 9 as part of the canned-food drive it's holding through Dec. 23.
For a two-item donation of non-perishable food items, children can have their picture professionally taken with Santa Claus from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 9. Santa will stop at Neighbors with his sleigh, and guests will be treated to hot chocolate and a special gift. Photos will be emailed the next day, according to a press release.
