Continuing pavement repair work will require temporary lane closures on Interstate 30 near Gurdon, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials. The inside westbound lane from mile marker 62 to 65 will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday, weather permitting, said Danny Straessle, a spokesman for the highway department. The outside westbound lane from mile marker 65 to 67 will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, weather permitting. Traffic will be controlled with traffic cones and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones, he said.
