Sal and Aven Williamson will present a check for $25,000 for an endowed fund at Texarkana College on Monday to support TC's Presidential Scholarship program. It will be held at 2 p.m. in the Nelson Administration Building on the TC campus, 2500 N. Robison Road, Texarkana, Texas.
Top high school seniors receiving the scholarship are given the opportunity to attend TC tuition-free for two years.
The Williamsons are both TC graduates, and Aven played on the school's football team. He has also helped build TC's alumni program and serves on the board of the TC Foundation.
