Police have arrested a woman on prostitution charges and removed equipment and other items from OMG Massage in the 4600 block of Summerhill Road after complaints prompted undercover investigation, according to police.
Ruiyun Li, 46, of Texarkana, Texas, who was working at the business when officers arrived today, was arrested about 3 p.m. on two warrants stemming from the undercover surveillance, said Shawn Vaughn, police spokesman.
She was booked into the Bi-State Justice Building jail on two counts of prostitution, he said.
