Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business2Business Breakfast this morning featuring Dr. William "Bo" Kelly of Texarkana Emergency Center.
The event is scheduled for 8 a.m. today at Texarkana Convention Center. Kelly will talk about Texarkana Emergency Center and all the services it offers, along with an update on the business since it opened a year and a half ago.
