Three businesses may soon be leasing lot space provided by TexAmericas Center.
The TexAmericas Center Board of Directors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, inside the Nash Municipal Training Center to consider leasing space to a construction services firm, a concrete firm and a glass and mirror company.
Tigua Construction Services, along with Ultimate Concrete, are looking at leasing trailer space from
the center, while the El Dorado Glass and Mirror Company is looking at business space.
Board members will vote on whether to lease the land to the three business following an executive session and a Fiscal Year 2018 budget workshop.
