The Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas are taking used solar eclipse glasses. They will be sent to Astronomers Without Borders to be distributed to schools in South America and Asia to aid science, technology, engineering and math education for the 2019 solar eclipse. In Texarkana, eclipse glasses can be dropped off from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Girl Scout office, 1811 Arkansas Blvd., Texarkana, Ark.
