A woman was shot in the hand Tuesday night after suspects shot into a house on Line Ferry Road, police said.
The shooting, in the 1300 block of Line Ferry Road, was reported to Texarkana, Ark., Police Department about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday , said Officer Kristi Bennett, TAPD spokeswoman.
Investigators believe the incident was the continuation of an altercation that happened earlier in the day.
The woman who was injured was not involved in the earlier altercation.
