Texarkana-Bowie County Retired Teachers Association will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Texarkana Independent School District Service Building, 1600 Waterall St.
The program will be presented by Shawn Vaughn, Texarkana, Texas, Police Department public information officer on the topic, "Don't Get Taken to the Bank: How to Avoid Scams."
All retired Texas teachers are encouraged to attend.
