Tommy Wacasey with Neeley's Towing hooks up to a tractor-trailer that nearly tipped onto its side and went into the drainage ditch between the Walmart Supercenter and Schlotzsky's on Thursday in Texarkana, Ark. The driver of the 18-wheeler left the trailer overnight, and when he returned, another vehicle was parked in front of the trailer, blocking him from hooking onto the trailer straight on.
The driver tried to back up at an angle but hit the box trailer, knocking it into the drainage ditch. No one was injured in the incident, but the trailer was heavily damaged. The loaded trailer was originally on its way to Laredo, Texas.
