Low-income winter energy assistance program ends Friday on Arkansas side

The Southwest Arkansas Development Council will close the Winter Low Income Home Energy Regular Assistance Program on Friday.
No shut-off notice is necessary to apply for assistance through this program.
The Crisis Assistance (shut-off) Program will remain open until funds are depleted or
the program closes. Applications are accepted from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Life House Ministry Outreach, 915 East St., Texarkana, Ark.
