Kool Smiles, in partnership with Operation Gratitude, will offer its annual candy exchange this year from Oct. 28 to Nov. 4.
Children and families are encouraged to visit the local Kool Smiles dental office at 2400 Richmond Road, Suite 133, Texarkana, Texas, to exchange their Halloween candy for toys. Candy can be donated any time during regular business hours. All candy will be put into care packages to U.S. service members stationed overseas via Operation Gratitude.
Kool Smiles also will donate 200 dental care kits and the money to cover the assembly and shipment of 200 Operation Gratitude care packages filled with items such as letters, food, entertainment and hygiene essentials.
