Police in Texarkana are searching for an Arkansas-side man who was last seen Monday at his children's soccer practice.
Anthony Carmeli, 42, was last seen wearing a red Arkansas Razorbacks hat, white shirt and shorts. He has not returned home or made contact with any family members.
The family is very concerned for his welfare because this behavior is very uncharacteristic, police said.
